TONY FOX is EVP, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

| Tony Fox joined COMEDY CENTRAL before the Comedy Channel's culminating merger with HA! The TV Comedy Network in January of 1991. His experience in media relations and public relations for the company led to a November, 1996 promotion to senior vice president of corporate communications. Previously, he was vice president of the department, vice president of media relations, and director of public relations for the Comedy Channel. Fox's extensive media relations background, strategic thinking as well as his outgoing personality has led him to his newest position. In November 2000 Tony Fox was been promoted to Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications.
In charge of both internal and external strategic communication, Fox currently oversees and implements consumer press, trade, and business press. He is also involved in the development of pro-social platforms for the network, such as RX Laughter, an on going research project at UCLA studying the effects of laughter on fighting life-threatening diseases and sponsorship of a comedy writing program at Columbia University's School of the Arts. Communication efforts within the company include supervising the distribution of information and press coverage to the network's staff as well as contributing to COMEDY CENTRAL's intranet site.
One of Fox's current goals is expand COMEDY CENTRAL's profile among all media, including coverage of the network's aggressive foray into the digital media space while maintaining an open and honest dialogue with the press. Of working at the company, he said it has been a great experience. "I was a class clown as a kid so the personality of the company mirrors my own, and I couldn't imagine a more aesthetic fit," he said.
Fox's past experience includes a number of public relations jobs at HBO, and head of sports publicity at CBS.
While he has made the transition of working for a comedy channel, Fox said he has not given up his love of sports. He spends his free time playing ice hockey, golf, surfing and softball, but also enjoys cooking and gardening. Currently, Fox resides in Little Silver, NJ with his wife Andrea and children Patrick, Charlie, and Sarah.
